This page explains how project enquiries are handled on the Hayes Consulting Group website.
Information in an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with an optional service interest. This information is used to consider and respond to your enquiry. Please send only information relevant to your project.
How the form works
Enquiries are passed to the configured email service. The website does not keep a separate archive of enquiry messages in its database. Short-lived hashed identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions; the form does not record full IP addresses in those rate-limit entries.
Cookies and external links
This site does not include analytics, advertising or embedded tracking in its initial build. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. Links to external project websites take you to services with their own privacy information.
