Overview
A repair-management web application taking customer devices from intake and diagnosis through workshop handling, correspondence and invoicing.
Following the repair
Customer and asset records connect a device, serial number and repair description to a job. Staff can record diagnosis charges, component costs, payment details, charger inclusion and warranty dates, then manage job status through the repair lifecycle. Physical storage and store locations are tracked alongside the work.
Keeping the job conversation together
A role-aware web interface lets clients see their jobs while staff access the details relevant to their permissions. Photographs and generated thumbnails document the device, and job notes and client/staff questions keep correspondence in context. Notification listeners support queued email, subject to configured delivery.
Invoices and workshop reporting
PDF invoices include a QR link back to the authenticated job page. Financial reports accept client, date and status filters and run as queued CSV exports, processing records in chunks and retaining progress, completion or failure state. The interface provides export history and download controls.
Scope of the application
The Laravel services and Vue/Inertia web interface form one repair-management application, with legacy client and asset import utilities supporting older data. Current production use and launch status have not been established.
