Candidates can browse jobs by location and industry, maintain a digital CV and choose its sharing visibility. AI interview practice supports typed or recorded answers, follow-up questions and a personalised summary, with transcription connecting voice answers to the conversation.
A shared hiring workspace
Employers can manage applicant pipelines, work with hiring-team roles and maintain reusable talent pools. Candidate recommendations expose reasons based on skills, location and availability, with job invitations connecting the recommendation to a conversation. Dashboards bring applicant funnels, candidate sources, time to hire and hiring costs into the same workspace.
Structured interviews and connected systems
Video meetings sit alongside private interview kits and assessment scorecards. The assessment service uses frozen kit snapshots, revision checks and transactional saves. Stripe subscriptions govern plan access, while an employer API, signed webhooks and ATS stage-mapping adapters connect external workflows.
Web and mobile share the same domain
Background job-feed imports support the searchable catalogue. A separate React Native client uses dedicated Laravel APIs and shared permissions and business rules.
