Overview
An event media platform connecting physical orders, online payments and a customer video library.
From event catalogue to checkout
Customers enter an organisation code to browse its events, select physical or digital media and build an order. The checkout uses current catalogue prices, promotion codes and delivery choices, with Stripe payment events connecting the purchase to order records and fulfilment.
A library after the purchase
Customers can return to a purchase-linked library with application-hosted HLS playback or Vimeo content. The delivery workflow includes availability messages, expiry handling, tracked downloads and temporary storage links, while administrators can investigate download history and reset counters for support.
Getting large video files ready to watch
Browser uploads go directly to Amazon S3, using multipart uploads for larger files. Queued FFmpeg work prepares HLS media and thumbnails. The processing code separates temporary local files from stored source metadata and keeps conversion progress below completion until an HLS path exists.
The work behind each order
The administration workspace manages organisations, events, media formats and delivery questions alongside manual orders, notes, CSV exports and printed labels. Video tools cover conversion retries, trash and restore, delayed cleanup and storage maintenance. These source-backed workflows describe the application; current production configuration and processing performance have not been verified.
